Before the release date of March 24, Resident Evil 4 The remake has leaked as certain retailers reportedly broke their street dates. From Twitter to TikTok, users with physical copies have posted major spoilers for the remastered survival horror game.

March 13, Resident Evil 4 Remake spoilers first surfaced via TikTok. Other platforms such as Streamable, Twitter, and YouTube posted quite a few spoilers, but thanks to Capcom’s efforts, most of them have now been removed from the internet.

Reddit users have created spoiler compilations that you can click through if you’re willing to dig into what’s inside before posting, and you may still be able to find a particular clip on the internet.
While an unexpected wave of spoilers for the game may have spoiled some of the surprises the developers hoped players would enjoy with the single-player game, they also blatantly exposed cuts from the remake.

The “Resident Evil 4” remake cut the U-3 boss battle, parting ways and other content.
According to early copies sent out and those who posted spoilers online, several parts of the original game have been changed from Resident Evil 4 remake.
The U-3 boss fight, Parted Ways campaign, Assignment Ada mode, Verdugo #2, and certain level sequences are all removed from the new version.
“That’s lame. U3 is definitely one of the most memorable and creepy boss fights ever,” said one Reddit user.

Another user of the thread speculated, “U3 and Verdugo #2 could be a Separate Ways DLC thing.”
This theory lines up with a famous internal report from ResetEra’s Dusk Golem, which stated that “Separate Ways is a DLC drop” and will be “longer and more fleshed out” than the original game.
Of course, Capcom has yet to confirm the DLC as of this writing.Although, it is possible that Capcom will release additional content based on the developer’s record Resident Evil Village.
