The Huawei Watch 4 series has completed another important milestone to enter the launch track and received the China Compulsory Certification (3C) certificate with LTE connectivity.
According to the information, the certificate reveals a Huawei device with model ARC-AL00 identified as the standard version of the Huawei Watch 4 smartwatch.
The certificate also shows LTE 4G connectivity for the Huawei Watch 4 series and there is a 5W fast charging capability. The smartwatch is manufactured by Goertek (Jingwei Hi-Tech).
These are identical details to what we have seen in recent WiFi certificates. However, we also know that the Huawei Watch 4 Pro also comes with the standard version.
Wireless Internet:
The WiFi Alliance also released certificates for new Huawei smartwatches, including models ARC-AL00, MDS-Al10 and MDS-AL00. The first belongs to the Watch 4 and the latter two are confirmed as Huawei Watch 4 Pro.
However, these certification authorities did not confirm the aesthetics of the smartwatch.
Design:
It has been two full years since the unveiling of the Huawei Watch 3 series, and now the companies are ready to introduce the next generation of smartwatches. Although not much input is available about its design, but there are a few highlights that we can give you right away.
It is reported that the Huawei Watch 4 series will bring satellite SMS capability, which is currently not available on any smartwatch on the planet. This feature allows users to send and receive SMS without a built-in mobile network.
Another report suggests that the company will use super premium Zircon material to make this smartwatch and it could be expensive. However, this could be a special edition and we can expect Huawei to unveil some more usual smartwatch variants similar to the Huawei Watch 3 series.
So far, the Chinese tech maker has not confirmed the date of the launch, but previous inputs say that the Huawei Watch 3 series will unveil on March 23.
