Huawei Watch 3 & Watch GT 3 are getting a major Harmony OS 3 software update
The Huawei Watch 3 & Watch GT 3 series is the first to get a major Harmony OS 3 software update for its premium smartwatches. Huawei releases software updates for its smartwatches across the globe.
Users can use a stable version directly without worrying about minor problems in the software code. The rollout was originally planned for last year, but for an unknown reason it had to be postponed until this month.
The new Kaleidoscope dial creates a unique style of the user’s image inside the watch face. The update has plenty of features and optimizations to share. It includes custom watch faces to apply new wallpapers to match daily outfits.
Initially, the respiratory problem detection feature is exclusive to China and will be released in other regions in the meantime. On a recent note, respiratory issues have been added to the watch. In a body, it will look for any sign of lung infection by combining physiological indicators such as skin temperature and respiratory rate.
In addition, Huawei adds flashlight with new options to its wearables. In the flashlight, users can activate different color lights to display them on different occasions. According to the owner, it can be used at parties and concerts to show support. It consists of a normal flashlight in something new.
The new operating menus will make the watch more responsive and user-friendly. The big update is rolling out to the Huawei Watch 3, Watch 3 Pro, GT 3, GT 3 Pro and the GT Runner watch. The file size and build numbers vary depending on your smartwatch.
