Amazfit is all set to bring its latest smartwatch, the GTR Mini, to the Malaysian market this week, as it announced earlier this month. The new wearable features a new design that differs from its larger counterpart despite its GTR moniker, and appears to be aimed at those with smaller wrists.
While the GTR Mini’s specifications have not been officially revealed yet, the device has been spotted on the brand’s official Shopee store, revealing it in all its glory along with a lower price than the GTR 4.
The new device offers a smaller 1.28-inch 2.5D AMOLED circular touchscreen that supports always-on display, as well as a single physical button on the side for control. In terms of battery life, it can last up to 14 days, although the product page doesn’t mention how much using the built-in GPS affects its battery performance.
For customization, a portrait feature exclusive to the Amazfir GTR Mini allows you to choose up to three portrait images as your random portrait face, along with 80 other faces. It is packaged in a stainless steel frame and is available in black, pink or blue color options.

The watch offers 3-in-1 health measurement, which shows you your stress, blood oxygen saturation and heart rate levels with a single tap. It also comes with other standard health features like sleep monitoring and menstrual cycle tracking. As for sports, the device has over 120 sports modes to track your workouts.
The 42mm Amazfit GTR Mini will be available via the company’s Shopee page on March 17 in all three colors. It is priced at RM599, but at launch, early birds will be able to get it for a special discount offer of RM579, as well as a Starbucks card worth RM20, while stocks last.
