Tiger Woods Says Erica Herman Was Not a Sexual Abuse Victim, Just a ‘Serious Ex’

Woods filed the documents Monday morning … in response to what Herman said undisclosed contract he was with the golf legend, should be declared unenforceable under the federal Speak Out Act, which allows someone to waive an NDA if there is a dispute about sexual harassment or sexual harassment after the initial agreement.

Woods says in the filing that Herman doesn’t have standing to sue under federal law … because he never alleges in his filings that Woods committed any sexual misconduct.

In fact, Woods said she checked the box “NO” to the “does” question in her $30 million lawsuit — which alleges Woods pulled her out of their home and violated an “oral rental agreement” between them. The case is related to allegations of sexual violence.”

Woods argues that Herman is simply using the law to publicly assert his claims in court — and bypass an NDA that would have forced his arguments to be heard in private arbitration hearings.

“Ms. Herman’s position is completely without merit,” Woods says in the filing … before adding, “This is a clear abuse of the judicial process that undermines the very purpose of federal law and those the law seeks to protect.”

Woods is now asking a Florida court to compel him to comply with the NDA’s arbitration provisions.

As we reported, Woods broke up with Herman in October after nearly six years of dating. She claims he told her she was done with him and that he was “no longer welcome” in her home. She said he provided her with a temporary home and financial support after she left.

Meanwhile, Herman claims that Woods hatched a plan to get her out of the house by promising her a “short vacation.” When he got to the airport for the trip, he says the Tiger team told him he was “locked out” of the house and couldn’t come back. He said all of these violated the agreement they had to continue for another five years.
