While people may get caught up in royal titles and glamorous outings, people understand that at the end of the day, Prince William and Kate Middleton are still a couple just like anyone else. They laugh, they cry, they go on dates, and apparently they have extremely heated arguments.
In Tom Quinn’s new book Gilded Youth: An Intimate History of Growing Up in the Royal Familyhe revealed through royal insiders and courtiers that Kate and William are also fighting on several kick levels.

“It’s not all sweetness. They have some terrible sequences where they throw things at each other. Kate may seem like a very quiet person, and so is William,” Quinn told Fox News about what she learned. “But that’s not always true. Because the big stress for William and Kate is that they’re constantly surrounded by (palace aides). It’s Jane Austen’s it’s like a novel”.
One close source said in the book that people could tell William was “confronting” Kate, claiming he would call her “darling” with “signs of irritation”.

“Kate is very quiet,” Quinn said. “William is a bit hot-headed. We see an example of this in Harry’s book (Reserve)… But Kate is very classy. He will pour oil on the muddy waters and say ‘Let’s not get involved’.
Reiterating how Kate and William’s fights usually go, Quinn said: ‘Sure, William and Kate like all couples, they break up, argue, yell at each other and say nasty things to each other, but Kate is human. calms down instinctively, and William always gives way, because there is enough emotional turmoil, divorce and disorder in childhood.
William and Kate were together from 2003 to 2010 before tying the knot in 2011. They have three children, Prince George, 9, Princess Charlotte, 7, and Prince Louis, 4.
