Jennifer Lopez looked relaxed and chic as she met with contractors at husband Ben Affleck’s new $64 million mansion.
The “Let’s Get Loud” singer, 53, and the “Good Will Hunting” actor, 50, visited the Pacific Palisades complex on Saturday.
Lopez opted for light blue baggy cargo pants with pockets. She completed her elegant look with a white turtleneck and brown boots, and her hair in a messy bun.
Her Oscar-winning hubby also opted for comfort in an orange flannel coat over black, dark jeans and colorful Nike Air Jordan sneakers.
Pictures show the pair walking around the property with their phones and what appears to be an iPad in hand.
The palatial California home sits on 1.13 acres and features 8 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a gym, movie theater, game room, elevator, and a huge backyard with its own pool and fire pit area. According to The Post, Affleck and Lopez moved into the property earlier this month after coming out of a deposit on a $34.5 million home next door.
It offers plenty of room for the couple’s blended family: Lopez shares 15-year-old twins Emme and Max with ex-husband Marc Anthony, while Affleck shares 17-year-old Serafina, 14-year-old Violet and 11-year-old Samuel. – his wife Jennifer Garner.
The “Manhattan Maid” star recently paid tribute to her children when they were 15 with a heartwarming Instagram post – with a cameo from her stepfather.
“Happy birthday to my beautiful, shiny coconuts 🥥🥥. I’m so proud of you both,” Lopez captioned the video.
“You bring so much joy and happiness to my heart and soul. I love you forever.”
One shot on her Instagram feed, set to Taylor Swift’s “Fifteen,” showed Max sleeping on Affleck’s shoulders.
After Lopez’s marriage to Anthony ended, the singer moved on with Alex Rodriguez in 2017. However, she ended her engagement with the retired Yankee in 2021 and quickly moved on with Affleck — again.
The main actors of “Gigli” met for the first time in 2002-2004 and even got engaged. After a rekindled romance, Affleck popped the question to Lopez a second time in April 2022.
The couple married in Las Vegas in July of that year and said “I do” for the second time in Georgia last August.
After mixing up their families, Lopez said the “emotional transition” was a “dream come true.”
“It’s just been a phenomenal year. I think my best year since my kids were born,” she gushed on “Today” in January.
