Twitter CEO Elon Musk’s personal feed on the social media platform continues to be a wild ride to witness as the millionaire is now trying his luck at praising ‘Lavender Haze’ singer Taylor Swift.
No, we can’t imagine the fit, but Musk nonetheless replied to his tweet On Friday, Dogecoin founder Billy Markus said he thought “his limbic resonance skills are exceptional.”
Before you rush to a search engine to figure out what that means, the PsychMechanics website says it’s also known as “emotional contagion or mood contagion.”
“Limbic resonance is defined as a state of deep emotional and physiological connection between two people. The limbic system in the brain is where emotions sit.
“When two people are in limbic resonance, their limbic systems align,” the website says, referring to the idea of ”catching” the other’s emotions.
If that tweet wasn’t enough of a clue that Musk thinks highly of the musician, underneath the photos Swift posted of her current Eras tour, the Tesla founder responded with nothing more than a smoking emoji.

And soon Twitter users were baffled:
Others were concerned that Musk called Swift an informal word for cigarettes, which is also a homophobic slur:
Swift has not publicly responded to Musk’s comments.
For someone who owns an electric car company, we’re surprised Elon can’t stay in his own lane.
